Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund payments already taken or nutrition plans already delivered.
One-off digital plans

Orders for digital nutrition plans start processing as soon as your payment is confirmed and your information is submitted.

Because the product is digital and often personalised, once your plan has been generated or access has been provided, the order cannot be cancelled and no refunds are given, except where required by law.

By completing your purchase, you ask us to start providing the service immediately and acknowledge that you lose any statutory cooling-off right once the digital content is available to you.
